Generation rights trade may lead to the power flow change, so the security analysis is necessary for avoiding the line capacity is exceeded, that will threaten the system security. The methods based on the sensitivity are always used because they are simple and fast, but precision still should be improved in the electricity market. This paper, based on the observation of a lot of data, deduces the linear relationship between generation and its components on the lines. In order to prove this deduction, some reasonable assumptions are introduced based on the circuit theory. Using the least square fitting technique, the linear distribution factors could be obtained, which is of statistical significance. Comparing with the conventional sensitivity factors, it's more accurate because the coupling between active and reactive power flows is taken into account, which will be verified by calculating IEEE9-bus system.
