The results of an experimental study of the possibility of using the EML technology to produce refractory coatings on high-strength high-conductivity substrates are presented. The feasibility of depositing nickel, cobalt, and molybdenum on steel and ceramic substrates is investigated. It is shown that the electrodynamic method of applying coatings holds great promise.
