Indoor wireless systems with cellular technology is a feasible solution with great potential. Both good coverage and high capacity can be provided indoor if a large number of small radio-ports are connected to a centralized radio network controller. This paper investigates different radio network solutions based on this centralized approach. Simulations of a multistory building indicate that very high capacity can be achieved with a solution using intelligent channel reuse within the building. An example is given where an operator can in average carry around 4 times the traffic compared to a distributed antenna solution with a given amount of spectrum
