Combining physical-layer network coding and Alamouti space-time coding, a space-time cooperative physical-layer network coding scheme (ST-CPNC) is proposed for wireless two-way relay channel. The end-to-end signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is first derived to obtain the approximate and upper bound of the overall outage probability, and then network coding gain of the proposed ST-CPNC scheme is analyzed. Theoretical results show that full diversity order and a network coding gain of two can be achieved by ST-CPNC scheme, which is further verified by simulations.
