In the Pecora-Carroll synchronization method, the response system is replicated directly from stable subsystem, thus reducing the system's security. This paper, take Lorenz chaotic system for instance, we introduced a cascaded drive-response synchronization method based on the study of Pecora-Carroll synchronization. The proposed method is implemented by two-stage drive system synchronization, and it can enhance security while used in secure communication system.
