This paper introduces a reliable flow control system of metering pump based on the Single-Chip Microcomputer (SCM) technology, and puts forward a hardware design proposal of the delicate flow control system. On this basis, the paper analyzes the influence of various interferences on the system, and proposes the corresponding anti-interference technology from the hardware. By this way, the anti-interference ability of the SCM system can be improved remarkably, and the stability of the SCM system can be fully guaranteed.
