In order to evaluate the management performance of post-earthquake reconstruction, it is a must to establish an evaluation index system on the supportability and efficiency of the public projects objectively and accurately, the practice of reconstruction project in the earthquake stricken area Lueyang County, Shanxi Province assisted by Tianjin Municipality Government is taken as a research objective to analyze the weight and the rank of the index in this paper. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process method for public construction project evaluation is used in order to determine the importance weights of stakeholder's requirements. The new approach can improve the imprecise ranking of their requirements which is based on the conventional AHP and to analyze the performance of the reconstruction projects, wishing to provide some help for further study.
