With the development of distance educational network of CRTVU (China Central Radio and TV University), Web-oriented Electronic Learning has becoming an important means for distance education. This development often requests to standardize and evaluate the new web-based e-learning courses. In this paper, we introduce a comprehensive web-based distance e-learning course evaluation system to solve many problems for CRTVU educational web evaluation, which integrated with sub indicator system of comprehensive evaluation from education subjects (developers and third-party reviewers, users, and management) and education objects (i.e. educational media and material). Through the practice and analysis of web-based course evaluation in CRTVU, this method ensured the quality of online course and improved the efficiency for both students and teachers.
