A two element wideband phased array receiver front-end for 60GHz communication channel is presented. The front-end is implemented in 0.13μm CMOS technology and consists of a 3 stages cascode low noise amplifier with 20dB gain, 3dB BW of about 5GHz and noise figure of 6.7dB, continuous reflective type phase shifter with phase shift of about 300° over the control voltage range of 0-1.5V and a power combiner for combining the phase shifted signals. The Chip is supplied of 2V and consumes 42mA.
