In this paper, a new structure of bilateral tapered slot-line antenna (BTSA) fed by symmetric coplanar waveguide (CPW) is realized. It achieves VSWR<;2:1 within frequency bandwidth of 3~20 GHz, and also good radiation patterns in 4~16 GHz. The simulated results are well verified by measured results.
