This dissertation firstly analysed and implemented the file redundant storage algorithm based on the random matrix. Then it proposed and partly implemented a distributed storage system based on random matrix and Chord and analysed in detail some key technologies such as the application of the chord algorithm in distributed storage. Finally, the dissertation introduces the system architecture and analyses the system performance.
