Recent years have witnessed the success of a number of online social bookmarking systems. Research of constructing folksonomy in online social bookmarking system has attracted much attention recently. In this paper, we proposed a hierarchical clustering algorithm based on asymmetric distance metric to explorer hierarchical folksonomy. Average linkage criteria and updating formula for asymmetric distance are discussed in detail. Finally, comprehensive experiments are conducted.
