Network curriculum in China already had some scale, but the absence of authority to the evaluation criteria was a limitation of development. It was necessary to build an accurate evaluation system of network curriculum. This article aimed to effectively find the problems of the evaluation system in China through research. Based on explaining the meaning of the network curriculum evaluation and the related theory, implemented the questionnaire survey, and then used the factor analysis. The important factors of network curriculum evaluation system were the interaction of media interfacPe, the interaction of students and learning resources, the level of teacher's participation, the level of student's participation and the interaction of teaching design. Finally, combined with the research, got the building measures of the network curriculum evaluation system and the conclusion.
