In a collaborative design, especially in an internet-based collaboration, the implement of real-time collaboration is difficult to achieve as a result of many factors such as network bandwidth constraints. HSF files proposed by HOOPS have high compression, supporting streaming and another characteristics, it's suitable for the transmission of network synergies. At the same time HOOPS/NET component provides driver for supporting the TCP/IP and HTTP protocol interface, and can be fully customized in order to operate on a variety of the application's data and the HOOPS/Stream Toolkit binary streaming data. It is a complete cross-platform solution.
