This paper is aiming at the bandwidth issue when the transfer node sends video data to the monitor node in video transmission system based on hierarchical Ad Hoc network. A solution called Video Dynamic Recompression is proposed in this paper and is to reduce bandwidth press in the bottleneck of network. The experiment shows that the design function of video dynamic recompression is realized efficiently by this solution on the premise of guaranteeing the video quality.
