A Integration Method of Competitive Intelligence and Knowledge Management System for Corporate Decision-Making

This paper analyzes the decision-making needs in enterprise business activities and establishes a three-dimensional enterprise decision analysis model: decision makers, decision- making information, decision-making process. Then this paper introduces and analyzes a Chinese integration system of competitive intelligence and knowledge management, focusingon the effects of decision support. After summing up the strengths and weaknesses of the system, this paper proposes a new method of system integration, to improve decisiont effects and decision-making efficiency.
