Voltage references based on radiation hardened analogous matrix master dice

Development of temperature compensated voltage references (VR) with neutron radiation tolerance based on radiation hardened analogous matrix master dice (AMMD) is considered. Recommendations for VR with neutron radiation tolerance designing are given.
