This paper analyzes and discusses the concept of workflow, and researches technologies and methods of the workflow modeling and workflow engine. Based on the Workflow model of Management System and using J2EE architecture with a flexible MVC (Model View Control) design pattern, this paper discusses a design process of workflow management system model, and introduces the specific applications of workflow management system model combining with Qixin tendering information management system platform.
