E-Commerce development is very rapid in china now. The quantity of e-Commerce trade gets more and more attention; however, trustworthiness problem in trade is a very important factor that affects the trade quality of e-commerce. E-commerce is a kind of new business trade mode, which is anonymous, implying that the requirements toward the credibility are much more than general business trade. This paper use s game theory to analyze the one transaction of the honest behavior of the game based on e-commerce, and establish honest game model, know that the regulatory and credit rating system is very important in the outside world. The conclusion is that not only the effectiveness of supervision is relevant on-line goods, but also require to monitor the process to increase the penalties which equivalent to the intensity of efforts to intensify supervision.
