As the developing of the information technology, more and more devices are with the capacity of communication and networking. Network Everywhere is coming true. The M2M businesses which communicate with the machines have been developing rapidly. However, because of the different standards used by machine manufacturers, the business applications which based on the machines are difficult to manage and expand; and at the same time, many application developers implement their own data-matching interfaces for a certain kind of machines, which makes a low reuse of these interfaces. Aiming at the M2M businesses, this paper designs a M2M platform which bridges the business applications and machines based on the J2EE framework and Service-Oriented Architecture. The M2M platform integrates business applications and machines as the form of Web Service, which reduces the dependence on each other and is able to response quickly to the change of the industry chain. In the recent development, the M2M platform has achieved business access successfully.
