Mass customization will be as important to business in the twenty-first century as mass production was in the twentieth which has a close relationship with the e-commerce, since e-commerce provides a convenient and fast way for customers to request their personalized product. The aim of this paper is to present the architecture and system model of mass customization based on e-commerce between customer, manufacturer and supply chain. The implementation process of this customer driven mass customization system is described at last.
