Crisis of human resource has become the most frequently crisis on which the enterprises faced and early-warning, pre-control and proposed program for the enterprises to prevent the crisis in human resources are of great theoretical and practical significance. This paper use qualitative and quantitative methods to study on early-warning management for human resource crisis systematic. We build a scientific and rational human resource crisis warning index system and evaluation model so as to reduce losses to the minimum and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
