The university students are a special group among the users of mobile phones. Their features of pursuing fashion, self-expression, and courage in exploration take great impact on the development of mobile phones. The effect of user experience directly influences the popularity and sales volume of the mobile phones. In this paper, from the perspective of user experience, it studies the users' features and needs of university students, analyzes the problems occurred in user experience, advances the absence of in-depth experience in using mobile phones and finally attempts to propose some ideas and solutions to these problems.
