This paper describes the protocol analysis technology and its working principle combined with the encapsulation characteristic of Ipv6 packet, gives the state protocol analysis model SPAFA based on automata theory, discusses the detection algorithm of the model, and proposes a intrusion framework combined with the protocol analysis technology and sate protocol analysis model. The research indicates that the system based on the framework can effectively detect various intrusion attacks; it is high in the detection efficiency and the detection accuracy and reduces false alarm and omission report, which effectively solves the problem of IPv6 intrusion detection.
