Full C and L bands wavelength tunable laser module with silicon micro-ring resonators

The first C and L bands wavelength tunable laser module was demonstrated with micro-ring resonators fabricated with silicon photonic wire waveguides. The hybrid integrated laser is compact and lower power consumption.
