In view of existing shortcomings and deficiencies in accessing the traditional distributed database, a new distributed database framework based on mobile agent is put forward, which represents agent distribution and the workflow of each agent in detail. Finally the distributed database system is designed and implemented by the use of agent technology in producing data gathering management application platform of Down Hole Operation Company. Under the IBM Aglet development environment the distributed query system is realized based on Mobile Agents, the running result of system shows high applicability and capability of the model.
