The key indicator of the power enterprise management and operation' level is the safety, which is the basis of economic efficiency in power enterprises, whose level will affect the company's overall business objectives directly. Bayesian model is constructed in power enterprises security production and applied in the safety risk assessment in the paper. Finally we verify the validity of the model through an example.
