Control network has a wide range application in industrial field, for its advanced features. This paper introduces technical scheme, structure of network and system composition of electric monitor and control system of synchronization for two bridge cranes based on the control network in detail. And a compound fuzzy control arithmetic based on PLC is put forward for the difficulties existed in the survey of synchronization for two bridge cranes, moreover, the fuzzy controller and PI adjustor are realized by PLC in the system. The given system keeps the advantages of the PLC control system, such as the ability of anti-jamming and the flexible, reliable peculiarity, and improves the speed of dynamic response and the intelligentized degree of control system. The system has more advantages such as high stability, flexibility and reliability by means of the combination of the hardware and software. Further more, it gives technical support to design the similar monitor and control systems.
