Exploring a baseline schedule for list of activities under resource constraints called RCPSP attracts attention of many researches in recent decades. Most of procedures including exact and heuristic ones are developed in a static and deterministic environment. While cases in which complete information regarding activities' duration, resource availabilities and resource usages are known in advance are rarely happen in practice. In this paper we study an extension of basic stochastic RCPSP in which uncertainty come to play on resource availabilities. Numerical results revealed that proposed procedure yields significant performance gains over the ignorance of proactive strategies.
