Based on the goal of the manufacturing knowledge management, this paper proposed an index system of evaluation for knowledge management performance from four aspects of innovation, reaction capacity, productivity and the quality of skills. Then it worked up a gray fuzzy evaluation model combined the theory of gray theory and fuzzy theory. At last, the model was validated its practical by a practicality.
