Load stability and the optimization problem is important for efficient parallel processing computer. A smart task allocation algorithm that intelligently select the node status and startup strategies, the total load assigned to the appropriate node to enable communication and processing minimal overhead, load balancing, parallel processing system so that the overall performance of the best, lowest cost; The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed model.
