The mathematic models of once-through steam generator and turbine are built based on the mass, energy and momentum conservation theorem. Because of serious coupling and different dynamic characteristic, multi-variable fuzzy predictive control system is presented in order to improve the control characteristic of the nuclear power plant's secondary system, which is based on integrated model of the nuclear power plant's secondary system and characteristic of the multi-variable integrated model predictive control and fuzzy control. The fuzzy performance evaluations of inputs of the secondary water are processed by connecting the multi-step predictor based on integrated model. The fuzzy performance evaluation, fuzzy decision-making and optimation input are selected respectively. The controller designed keeps the control process smooth and stable, achieves the two control theory's advantages to make up each other and performance of control improve on clearly.
