The software of on-line acquisition system for infrared drying process is designed. Sample mass and temperatures of heater and sample corresponding to voltage values are obtained by function transformation based on VB6.0 procedures. The change curves of drying rate, radiation temperature and sample temperature are generated, and then shown on VB interface directly. In the design process, anti-interference measures of data acquisition system and access database principles are used.
