Through the research on the e-commerce system certification and secure transaction technology in Web environment, as well as the relationship among the three entities of e-commerce system authentication center, business and customer, this paper proposes an improvement program for e-commerce payment security issues and realizes it. This program not only improves the security of electronic payment, but also is simple to achieve and easy to expand.
