For the power marketing technique supporting system, the data can not be shared,processes can not communicate, there are a large number of `information isolated island'. Combined with Web services technology, which has strong autonomy, loosely coupled, coarse-grained, openness and integration features. This paper discusses a new model of the power marketing technique supporting system based on Web Services. This model fully integrated system data, with cross-platform, plug and play, good scalability characteristics, it can support to decision-making of marketing management.
