Similar with E-commerce including the groups of employees, customers, suppliers and partners through customer relation management (CRM), supplier chain management (SCM), it is important to set up a virtual community between the students, families, schools and teachers. The web-based class management system can effectively improve the unification and coordination of the home room teachers and students. A class management web system is constructed by adopting the idea of E-commerce technologies as well as the tools for setting up a dynamic web site. In the process of installing web sites, those sensitive problems such as individualization, popularization, security measures, maintenance and protection of privacy right, etc., were all being carefully taken into consideration.
