This paper presents a flexible frequency-dependent equivalent model (FDEM), which can be used to calibrate the nonlinear errors of HFB. Then, a two-channel 12 bits 200Msps HFB ADC prototype is implemented. The validity and feasibility of the proposed method is verified by making use of analyzing the output data of the actual HFB system. The experimental results show that the average spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) over the 93% whole frequency spectrum (7% over-sampling) is enhanced obviously when the proposed calibration method has been used.
