A new method for pulse wave filter is proposed on the basis of wavelet transform soft-threshold denoising and wavelet adaptive algorithm in this paper. The wavelet soft-threshold filter and wavelet adaptive filter are made as combination filter system, after the high frequency noises are eliminated with wavelet soft-threshold denoising, the baseline drift is removed by wavelet adaptive filter, and then the clean pulse wave signals will be obtained. At last, through analysis the simulation and experimental wave's results and compare the practice parameters with traditional methods, it is proved that the advance and effectiveness of this new method.
