The gas fire accidents have had an enormous threat to the safety of life and property of city residents. In this paper gas fire accident process which was composed of pinhole gas leakage and jet fire was analyzed according to the actual situation. Through an actual example, the result showed that the affected range and the result of casualty were calculated accurately by the analysis of the consequence of fire accident with the pinhole gas leakage model and jet fire model, according to which the emergency plans were initiated, and then some reliable basis was provided for decision-makers.
