With the application of knowledge management (KM) in the enterprises, how to evaluate the implementation effect of knowledge management scientifically and rationally becomes the most concerned issue for entrepreneurs. Knowledge management performance evaluation becomes the most important part in the process of the knowledge management. Based on the performance evaluation system of enterprise knowledge management designed by the foreign scholars, the paper put the emphasis on “knowledge chain” process to establish the index system, which uses general knowledge management activities, internal and external index structure in enterprise as the clues. This paper uses AHP method to quantify the qualitative indicators, which can make the indicators to be simple and intuitionist for evaluating, and then makes the performance evaluation for enterprise knowledge management.
