Associated with the formation and development of new agricultural producing areas, many kinds of distributors appear and do a great contribution to the agricultural products distribution. Among them, “Agriculture Leading Enterprises”, farmers cooperatives dominated by the governments are often mentioned. However, farmers' interests can't be protected effectively under these circumstances. Because of this, the paper attempts to solve this problem and improve the distribution system in the producing areas based on the visual angle of protecting farmers' interests. The paper summarizes some JA's experiences to serve for the innovation of the distribution system by taking XT strawberry producing area as an example.
