As the mobile Internet support the mobile IP and mobile multicast in the one network architecture, while the two data streams simultaneously deliver on the foreign network when mobile nodes is roamed, it is very necessary to establish a scheme to properly handle these forwarding data for eliminating the potential confliction of consumption of the network resource, such as bandwidth, queue buffers, etc. In this paper, we construct a mobile computing framework based on MAP which both supports the mobile unicast and multicast transmission. Our works extend the functionality of the MAP entity and apply the optimum algorithm to distribute the data flows, and to achieve one effective, balance, scalable, all-around mobile computing framework.
