This thesis has developed the application program of bridge risk management system with the B/S structure to realize the processes of the risk identifying for the engineering issues, risk assessment and risk decision-making with computer language. It can analyze the risk elements at each working stages of a bridge in detail so that the risk manager can take the targeted strategies of risk controlling. This thesis introduces the working flow for the program developing and illustrates the application page of the main function modules of the program. It explains the feasibility of the bridge risk management through the application of the engineering examples.
