A novel broad band-pass filter with pass band of 470MHz and size of 2×1.2×0.5mm3 has been designed combining with low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology. A single high frequency ferrite has been used for both inductor and capacitor parts to resolve the co-fired mismatch between the ferrite and ceramic layers in the conventional passive filters working below 1GHz. The S-parameters calculated by the circuit model are well consistent with that obtained by CST simulation.
