According to the logistics cost-effectiveness model, this paper points out that collaborative logistics has a performance advantage in cost savings, revenue increase, uncertainty reduce and revenue sharing, etc. On base of discussing the factors affecting the efficiency balance of collaborative logistics, coordination game theory suggests that logistics nodes will choose efficiency balance at different times or different tasks simultaneously or in stagger. As a result, synergy balance of logistics efficiency is achieved in the whole process or the overall.
