Aiming at the the demand of leak detection for thermal sealed plastic bottles in beverage industry, the beverage bottles leak detection control system was researched and designed upon the basis of large number of practical tests,. Taking single-chip ATmega16 as the core processing units, the system used cylinder and pressure sensor to perform detection. Through the data analysis, leakage bottles could be determined and alarm signals made. The function of triggering follow-up failed products excluding system was also added. The results indicate that the sample testing shows that the leak detection system is real-time and accurate, and meets the practical function requirements.
