Indonesian Sign Language Computer Application for the Deaf is a computer based application which is designed to assist people, especially children with hearing impaired problem to master Indonesian Language/Bahasa. This application leads the user to learn how to arrange affirmative sentences according to Indonesian Syntax structures. The arranged Sentences are then being transcribed into videos of sign languages and speech readings. The words visualization in a form of photos or pictures will help learners to easily understand the meaning of words they are studying. The application was also completed with dictionary module to improve vocabulary as well as to learn the sign languages and speech readings or pronunciation of the words. The establishment of this application is expected to be beneficial for the deaf community and teachers of School for Children with Special Needs (SLB). In the context of National Education, this application can be used to enrich the content of National Education Network (Jardiknas) as local school educational content.
