The paper is in view of the virtual reality applications in the field of education, research the integration of intelligence in a virtual environment, propose the design proposal about constructing network virtual teaching Model based on Agent framework, introduce the system structure and functional design, and propose the corresponding solution on the main generation technique of the network virtual learning environment.
