New program system dedicated for education and research purposes is described in this paper. The system comprises block packages that include basic and advanced modules for signal processing. The basic modules consist of fundamental topics and concepts from signal and system theory, like correlation, convolution, Fourier transform etc. The advanced modules include applications in different areas like acoustics and biomedicine.
