The size of present software research and development enterprises becomes bigger and bigger. Such relationships of members of software research and development team constitute of the network which can be studied by applying the correlation theories, the method and the tool of the complex network. Appling the research results of the complex network theory can carry on the description and the measure from the macroscopic shape to the large scale research and development team network overall characteristic. The essential microscopic description and the measure to network interior are provided.
